Today is "World No Tobacco Day" or World Anti-Tobacco Day and the worldwide Cancer organization is calling on all smokers to at least ensure that they do not smoke today.

If you are seriously considering quitting smoking, you should be looking at the benefits of kicking the habit.

After 20 minutes, blood pressure and pulse rate return to normal. After eight hours, oxygen levels in the blood returns to normal. Chances of heart attack starts falling.
