David Adamovich - Professional Impalement Artist — World Champion — Guiness World Record Holder — 7 World + 1 Russian Record for world's fastest knife thrower

The throw/catch team of Dick Haines and David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) performed the "Throwdini Knife Catch" stunt non-stop for one minute. Dick thre 29 16: knives for one spin in one minute (i.e., 2 seconds apart) and Throwdini successfully caught 25 of 29 throws.

SINGLE KNIFE THROW AROUND A HUMAN TARGET: 76 knives in 1 minute
David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) threw and stuck 76 14" knives for 1/2 spin, one knife at a time, around his partner Ekaterina in one minute. The target girl stood before a 4 foot wide by 6 foot high target board.

MULTIPLE KNIFE THROW AROUND A HUMAN TARGET: 144 knives in 1 minute
David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) threw and stuck 144 14" knives for 1/2 spin, three knives at a time, around his partner Ekaterina in one minute. The target girl stood before a 4 foot wide by 6 foot high target board.

SINGLE KNIFE THROW: 84 knives in 1 minute
David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) threw and stuck 84 14" knives for 1/2 spin, one knife at a time, in one minute into a target board.

FREQUENCY OF THROWING: 3 knives in 1 second
David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) threw and stuck 14" knives for 1/2 spin of which 3 were recorded to stick in the board within a 1 second time period. Note: This breaks his previous record of 2 per second.

THE DOUBLE LADDER OF DEATH: 16 knives in 6.1 seconds David Adamovich (The Great Throwdini) and Harry Munroe threw 16 14" knives in 6.1 seconds (0.34 second intervals) crisscrossing the body of their partner Tina who stood before a 4 foot wide by 6 foot high target board. Breaks their previous record of 6.5 seconds.

ASSOCIATION OF RUSSIAN RECORDS: David Adamovich, 72 knives in 1 minute around a human assistant. This record is recorded in the category of Foreign Citizens of which David Adamovich is the first American citizen to have this distinction. One of the 72 knives used for the Russian Record is on display in the Museum of the Association of Russian Records, Moscow. April 2006
